Kinder, LA—Warren Miller has accepted the position of Director of Information Technology at Coushatta Casino Resort. He has 18+ years of progressive experience in the information technology and gaming industry, providing and implementing various technology solutions to enhance the customer experience. Miller comes to Coushatta Casino Resort from Hollywood Casino in Baton Rouge, where he oversaw the gaming system conversion from IGT to Bally’s ACSC system.

As Director of IT at Coushatta, Miller will oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, infrastructure systems, and research and recommendation of new systems, software products, services and technology to support the company’s long-term goals; direct and manage IT plans, data processing, network communications, business operations, computer services and management information systems.
