Coushatta Casino Resort Names James Hamilton as Executive Chef

Coushatta Casino Resort announces the promotion of James Hamilton to Executive Chef. Chef James began his career at Coushatta Casino Resort in April 2006 and is enjoying his promotion to Executive Chef––his ultimate goal. He brings 15 years of expertise to his new position.

Chef James is an active member of the Kinder community, occasionally instructing culinary art at the Family & Consumer Science class at Kinder High School. His grandmother’s cooking captured his interest in culinary arts, prompting him to attend culinary school to continue his passion for cooking. “I am very grateful for the opportunity to represent Coushatta Casino Resort, as well as the Coushatta Tribe, in the culinary field. Coushatta Casino Resort is a great stage to showcase culinary talent and passion,” he stated.
