July 23, 2015
Kinder, LA—In a continuing effort to promote a safe, convenient, and enjoyable experience for guests, Coushatta Casino Resort is in the process of completing improvements and upgrades. Construction on the concrete at the main entrance will be complete by August 3. The repaving will provide zero level entry, eliminating the curb completely and allowing 100% ease of access for all guests.
Valet Parking Drop-Off
A new and improved valet parking experience arrives August 3, 2015. As the repaving at the casino’s main entrance is completed, ALL valet traffic will be routed to the casino’s main boulevard. Casino valet drop-off will be relocated to the casino’s main boulevard entrance. This traffic re-routing will commence August 3, 2015.
Overnight hotel guests can reach either Seven Clans Hotel or Grand Hotel from the casino’s main boulevard entrance.
Tour Bus Depot Relocation
As the repaving at the casino’s main entrance is complete, the tour bus depot will be relocated to the south entrance. Tour bus traffic re-routing will commence August 3, 2015.
Box Office Relocated
The box office has moved to the casino’s south entrance, across from Gumbeaux’s Sports Bar, sharing space with the existing Advantage Club Express counter. Its new location just inside the entrance doors provides more convenient access and makes it easier for all guests to pick up show tickets to national headliner concerts, Mikko Live! and Pavilion events.
Table Games Relocated, Non-Smoking Blackjack Section
Pai Gow and Mini-Baccarat table games have moved to their new location under the dome, increasing ease of access for table games players by grouping all casino table games in one area. A smoke-free Blackjack section is now available for non-smoking guests on weekends and holidays.
Newest Slots, New Slots Area
Coushatta Casino Resort is proud to offer its guests the newest, hottest slots in the region, often premiering new games days or weeks ahead of its competitors. The newest games recently installed are Wonder Woman®, Quartermania®, Sons of Anarchy®, Hot Hearts®, Lucky Tree®, Mermaid Fantasy®, Dark Samurai®, and dozens more. A new slot area is now open near High Limit Table Games salon.
Expanded Self-Parking
Two large self-parking areas have recently opened in front of Grand Hotel and Seven Clans Hotel, expanding self-parking options by an additional 540 spaces for casino guests, and tripling handicap parking spaces. These new self-parking areas allow gaming guests easy access to the casino’s main entrance. They also give closer access to overnight guests at Grand Hotel or Seven Clans Hotel who prefer to self-park.
