Coushatta Casino Resort Announces Re-opening of Cafe Grandé after Renovation & Upgrades

New Flooring and Seating, Two Serving Lines Providing Diners with Faster Service and Made-to-Order Sandwiches

Kinder, LA––On Wednesday, December 13, Coushatta Casino Resort revealed the renovation in Café Grande and re-opened the restaurant to dining guests. The casino’s Maintenance team has completely renovated and remodeled the venue to provide a more efficient, comfortable, and aesthetic dining experience.

The interior has a fresh new look with new flooring and seating for guests who prefer to dine in. The service upgrade was designed and implemented to improve comfort, ease and speed of service. Two identical serving lines provide fast service with freshly made sandwiches built to customer specifications––each customer interacts with an associate along the serving line, choosing from a wide variety of breads, meats, toppings and condiments. All of the restaurant’s popular breads and signature menu items are still available, including gumbo, soups, and a large selection of fresh pastries and desserts.

After a ribbon- and cake-cutting ceremony, Coushatta Tribal Vice-Chairman Jonathan Cernek, Coushatta Tribal Councilmember Loretta Williams, and members of casino management welcomed casino guests to dine.
