Coushatta’s Annual Chairman’s Cup Golf Tournament Collects $82,000 for Charity

Kinder, LA—The annual Chairman’s Cup Golf Tournament was held Monday, May 12, 2008. This golf tournament is an annual charity fundraiser hosted by the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana and held at Koasati Pines at Coushatta, Louisiana’s longest championship golf course. Local and area businesses participated as sponsors and raised $82,000 for the Chairman’s Cup Foundation. One hundred percent of funds collected for the Foundation are earmarked for donations to local and regional charities.
The Chairman’s Cup Foundation benefits local and state groups, organizations, or individuals in need. Written requests for funding by Louisiana-based charitable and non-profit groups, organizations, or individuals in need are accepted by the Foundation Board for review.
