Tuesday, May 18 • 8am-8pm • Mikko Center
May 18, 2010
Kinder, LA—Coushatta Casino Resort will host a clothing drive on Tuesday, May 18, from 8am until 8pm in the casino’s Mikko Center. The drive is an effort to assist Ragley residents Michael and Amy LeBleu and their surviving three-year-old son, Michael Jr. The LeBleu’s mobile home was consumed by fire late Tuesday night. Amy LeBleu and her son managed to escape the blaze. The LeBleu’s four daughters were asleep when the fire began and tragically died from smoke inhalation. Mrs. LeBleu suffered second-degree burns as a result of rescue efforts to try to save her daughters Keiley and Kamryn, their 11-year-old twins, Kassandra, 8 years old, and 1-year-old Adrianna. Mr. LeBleu was at work in Texas at the time of the fire.
Below are listed the clothing sizes of the surviving family members. Donations of gift cards are also welcome. The public is invited to participate in this event.
Men’s 38 waist pants • 2X shirts
Women’s 3-4X or 22/24W
